1. Who we are and what this covers

This Privacy Policy is issued by Zentrovaapps (SMC-Private) Limited ("Zentrovaapps", "we", "us" or "our"), a Single Member Private Limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2017 of Pakistan and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan under Incorporation Number 0344416.

This Privacy Policy applies generally to mobile applications, games, puzzle games, utility applications, entertainment applications, remote-control applications and other digital products that we publish or distribute through Google Play and other supported app stores (collectively, the "Apps").

Our Apps may include current products as well as future applications and games. The features, permissions, data practices and third-party services used by an individual App may differ depending on its functionality.

Because different Apps may provide different features, not every section of this Privacy Policy applies to every App.

Where an individual App collects, accesses, stores or shares information in a way that is different from the general practices described in this Privacy Policy, the applicable information may also be disclosed within that App, its store listing, its Google Play Data Safety section, consent notices, or another appropriate notice.

You should review the information and permissions presented by the specific App you are using.

3. Information we generally do not collect directly

Zentrovaapps does not generally require users to create an account or provide personal information simply to use an App.

Depending on the App, we generally do not directly collect or request:

• Your name, email address, postal address, phone number or date of birth unless you voluntarily provide such information, for example when contacting support.
• User accounts, passwords or authentication credentials unless a particular App explicitly provides account functionality.
• Precise geographic location from GPS or location services unless an individual App specifically requires such functionality and discloses it.
• Your contacts, calendar, call logs or SMS messages unless a specific App feature requires access and clearly discloses that requirement.
• Health, financial, biometric or other sensitive personal information unless explicitly required for a particular feature and disclosed separately.

We do not sell personal information to data brokers.

However, third-party services integrated into an App, such as advertising services, may independently process technical or advertising-related information as described in this Privacy Policy and their own privacy policies.

4. Information collected automatically

Some of our Apps are supported by advertising and may use Google AdMob or other applicable advertising technologies.

When advertisements are requested or displayed, Google AdMob and its applicable service providers may process certain technical and advertising-related information according to Google's services, configuration and applicable laws.

The exact information processed depends on the App, the third-party SDKs integrated into it, your device settings, your location and applicable privacy or consent choices.

Zentrovaapps does not intentionally request unnecessary personal information through its Apps.

5. Games and gameplay information

Some Zentrovaapps Apps are games or puzzle applications, including puzzle and casual games.

Depending on the particular game, the App may store gameplay-related information on your device, such as:

• Game progress;
• Completed puzzles, levels or challenges;
• Scores and statistics;
• Difficulty preferences;
• Game settings and preferences;
• Saved game information; and
• Other information necessary to provide the game's features.

Where gameplay information is stored locally on your device, it is not automatically transmitted to Zentrovaapps merely because it is stored by the App.

Some future or current games may provide online features such as leaderboards, achievements, cloud synchronization, multiplayer functionality or other connected features. If an App provides such a feature, information necessary to provide that feature may be processed by Zentrovaapps or the applicable third-party service.

Not every game uses online gameplay, cloud synchronization, leaderboards or game-service functionality.

6. Local device and network data

Certain Zentrovaapps Apps, particularly remote-control applications, may communicate with compatible televisions, streaming devices or other hardware on the same local network as your device.

Depending on the App, information processed locally may include:

• Local network information;
• The IP address, name, model or identifier of a compatible device that you choose to connect to;
• Pairing information, access keys or session information required to maintain a connection; and
• Your saved devices and in-app preferences.

This section does not mean that every Zentrovaapps App accesses local network information. Game and utility applications may not require these capabilities.

7. Permissions and why they are used

Android permissions requested by our Apps depend on the functionality of the particular App. We aim to request only permissions reasonably necessary for the applicable features.

Examples of permissions that may be used by particular Apps include:

Not every App requests every permission listed above. You can review the permissions requested by a particular App through its Google Play listing and your Android device settings.

Where Android provides a runtime permission control, you may revoke the permission through your device settings. Revoking a permission may disable the feature that depends on it.

8. Third-party services

Depending on the App, we may integrate third-party services to provide advertising, payments, distribution, gameplay features, diagnostics, security or other functionality.

A particular App may use additional third-party services that are not used by other Zentrovaapps Apps.

Where additional third-party services materially affect the App's data practices, the applicable disclosures may be provided through the App, its store listing, its Data Safety declaration or an updated version of this Privacy Policy.

9. Advertising and your ad choices

Some Zentrovaapps Apps are supported by advertising and may display advertisements supplied by Google AdMob.

Depending on the App and its configuration, advertisements may include banner, interstitial, native, rewarded or other supported advertising formats.

Depending on your location, consent choices, device settings and applicable law, advertisements may be personalised or non-personalised.

Consent in the EEA, UK and Switzerland

Where applicable, our Apps use appropriate consent mechanisms for advertising-related processing required by applicable law and Google policies.

Depending on the App's implementation, users may be presented with a consent or privacy message that allows them to make choices about personalised advertising and certain advertising-related processing.

Where applicable, users may be able to change or withdraw their advertising privacy choices through the privacy controls provided by the App or the applicable Google privacy tools.

Controlling your advertising ID

Android provides controls that may allow you to reset or delete your advertising ID. The exact location of these settings can vary depending on your Android version and device manufacturer.

Removing advertisements

Some Zentrovaapps Apps may offer an optional paid feature or subscription that removes advertisements.

Whether an individual App provides an ad-removal purchase, subscription or another advertising option will be stated in that App's purchase screen and store listing.

An ad-removal purchase is not available in every App.

10. In-app purchases and subscriptions

Some Zentrovaapps Apps offer optional in-app purchases, subscriptions, premium features, additional game content, ad removal or other paid functionality.

Purchases made through Android Apps are processed through Google Play Billing.

• Zentrovaapps does not receive or store your complete payment card number or banking credentials through the App.
• Google Play may provide the App with purchase-related information necessary to verify the transaction and unlock the purchased functionality.
• Depending on the implementation, this may include information such as a product identifier, purchase token and purchase or subscription status.
• The exact purchase options and subscription plans vary between Apps.

11. How information is used

Depending on the particular App and services used, information may be used to:

• Provide and operate App features;
• Save game progress, settings and preferences;
• Provide remote-control or device-connection functionality;
• Display and measure advertisements;
• Provide personalised or non-personalised advertising where applicable;
• Process, verify and restore purchases and subscriptions;
• Provide customer support;
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues where applicable;
• Improve reliability, performance and functionality;
• Prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized use;
• Maintain security; and
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

12. Legal bases for processing

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, the applicable legal basis for processing depends on the type of processing and the particular App.

• Consent — where consent is required for a particular processing activity, such as certain forms of personalised advertising.
• Performance of a contract — where processing is necessary to provide a feature or service you requested, including applicable purchases or subscriptions.
• Legitimate interests — where processing is reasonably necessary for purposes such as security, fraud prevention, maintaining services or improving reliability, while considering applicable user rights.
• Legal obligation — where processing is necessary to comply with applicable law.

The applicable legal basis may differ depending on the particular App, service and jurisdiction.

13. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers.

Depending on the App, information may be shared with or processed by service providers when necessary to operate the App.

• Google — for services such as Google AdMob, Google Play Billing and applicable Google Play services.
• Other service providers — where a particular App requires additional hosting, analytics, diagnostics, gameplay, security or other technical services.
• Legal requirements — where disclosure is required by applicable law, valid legal process or a competent authority.
• Protection of rights — where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud or abuse, protect our users, protect our systems or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
• Corporate transactions — where necessary in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring or transfer of assets, subject to applicable legal requirements.

14. Retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing services, responding to support requests, maintaining security, resolving disputes and complying with legal obligations.

The exact retention period may depend on the type of information, service provider, purpose of processing and applicable legal requirements.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.

Information stored locally by an App is generally maintained within the App's available private storage mechanisms provided by the operating system.

Where supported and appropriate, communication with third-party services uses secure transport mechanisms such as HTTPS/TLS.

No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, operating-system account and network.

16. Children's privacy

Our Apps are generally designed for a general audience unless a particular App is specifically identified as being directed toward children or participating in a children or family-focused program.

The intended audience, content rating and applicable child-safety requirements may differ between Apps.

We do not knowingly request children to provide personal information where such collection is prohibited by applicable law.

Where an App is directed toward children or includes children within its target audience, we will apply the requirements applicable to that App, including applicable Google Play Families requirements and advertising restrictions.

Zentrovaapps is established in Pakistan.

Depending on the services used by a particular App, information may be processed or stored in countries other than the country in which you live.

Third-party service providers, including Google and other technology providers, may process information internationally according to their applicable privacy policies, contractual arrangements and legal requirements.

Where applicable data-protection laws require safeguards for international transfers, we and our applicable service providers seek to use legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply, you may have rights relating to your personal information.

Zentrovaapps does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

Where applicable, advertising-related privacy choices can also be managed through the controls provided by the App, Google or your device.

If we make a material change to our privacy practices, we may provide additional notice through the affected App, website or another appropriate method where required by applicable law.
